      Kore nutrition is headquartered in Mason, OH.

    • Where can I buy the products?

      Kore is sold at most Kroger/Kroger Family of stores across the United States and online at VitaCost. The full line of products is also available to be purchased directly here.

    • Are the products available outside of the US?

      Currently, Kore Nutrition is only available in the USA.

    • Who owns the company?

      Kore is a privately held company.

    • Where are the products made?

      Kore products are made in NSF-certified facilities in the USA.

    • Does the company test on animals?

      Kore products are never tested on animals.

    • What is the return policy?

      If there is an issue with any Kore product purchased at any Kroger/ Kroger family store, please return directly to the place of purchase.

      All personal information that is shared and collected is protected at Kore Nutrition. Our lists are never sold or traded with anyone.

    • How long are Kore products good for?

      Kore products are designed to deliver the promised amount of nutrients for 2 years. Expiration dates are clearly printed on each product.

    • Are the products gluten-free, non-GMO or Vegan?

      Many Kore products are non-GMO, gluten-free and/or Vegan. General product information can be found here on all Kore products.

    • Whom do I contact if I experience a quality issue with the product?

      Kore Nutrition strives for excellence with every product we produce however if you should have any issues with a product, please email and we will be happy to assist you.

    • Are the products approved by the FDA?

      While the FDA does not approve individual supplements, it does regulate the facilities in which they are produced. All Kore products are produced in NSF-certified facilities that meet current FDA regulations for dietary supplement manufacturing.

    • How are products tested?

      All Kore products are tested for contamination and purity to ensure the integrity of each.

    • Are products safe for children?

      Kore Kid’s Vitamin Gummies are formulated for children 2 and up however, for anyone under 18, we recommend consulting with your child’s medical doctor before taking any supplements.

    • Are products safe for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding?

      If you are pregnant or breastfeeding it is best to speak with your medical professional prior to taking any supplementation.

    • How do I subscribe to Kore Nutrition?

      1. Add products to your shopping cart.
      2. Choose SUBSCRIBE.
      3. Select how often you want product to be delivered.
      4. Enter quantity for each delivery.
      5. Checkout.

    • Where do I access my subscription details?

      Details of your subscription(s) are located under My Account/My Subscriptions. For each product in a subscription, you can:
      • Increase / decrease the number of units
      • Change the delivery frequency
      • Skip next delivery
      • Change delivery address
      • Change the credit card details

    • How do I cancel my subscription?

      Subscriptions must be cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date and can be cancelled at any time. Go to MY ACCOUNT and select cancel. If a shipment ships prior to cancelling, you are responsible for that shipment.

  • Shipping

    • I placed an order with an incorrect shipping address. Can it be changed?

      Orders are fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible from time of the order. Please email our Customer Service Department at as soon as possible and they will do their best to assist. Orders typically ship within 24 hours and once shipped, there is very little we can do. Please note, that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

    • Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

      Yes. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

    • Do you ship internationally?

      Currently Kore products are not available to be shipped outside of the USA.

    • How can I track my order?

      Kore Nutrition will send an order confirmation as well as a shipping notification via email which includes tracking information.

    • When will my order ship after placing an order?

      Orders are fulfilled as soon as possible and typically ship within 24hours of placing the order.
