Kore Chocolate Coconut Protein Bites
½ cup Kore Whey or Vegan Protein in Chocolate Brownie
2 Tbsp of cacao powder
4 Tbsp of almond milk
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup smooth peanut butter (room temp works best)
1 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
Combine all ingredients in big bowl
Will take some work to mix
Once thoroughly mixed, roll into bite size balls and refrigerate or freeze for at least 2 hours.
Note: Vegan protein powders absorb some of the dry mixture differently than the whey, so if it seems too think and a bit more almond mix a teaspoon at a time until workable.
