Grilled Pineapple Sundae


1 pineapple, cut into spears

½ cup melted butter

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp cayenne pepper

Salt to taste

Protein vanilla ice cream, for serving

Honey, for serving


  1. Lay pineapple spears on a pan and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread on top of the pineapple using a cooking brush.
  2. Grill for about 7-10 minutes or until it is starting to turn golden brown.
  3. Top with a small scoop of ice cream and drizzle of honey.
