2 peaches peeled and diced
1 mango peeled, cored and diced
4 kiwis peeled and diced
2 cups strawberries, hulled and diced
2 plums, diced
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp honey
2 tsp fresh basil, chopped
Cinnamon sugar baked pita chips
- Wash all produce.
- Dice, core, and hull the peaches, mango, kiwi, plums and strawberries. Place all fruit in a medium bowl.
- Add honey, lemon juice, and basil to the fruit and stir until well combined.
- Serve with baked pita chips. Enjoy!
